I started Sassafras 16 years ago with a simple intention: to create floral designs that are abundant, generous, and deeply romantic.

Based in the Yarra Valley, we’re a full-service floral design studio specialising in large-scale, luxurious weddings and events.

 

My style leans into natural elegance — refined yet organic, timeless but never predictable. I’m drawn to soft textures, graceful movement, and carefully curated colour palettes that bring a sense of effortlessness to even the most elevated celebrations.

When I’m not flowering, I’m at home in the Hills with my husband Matt and our four children, often daydreaming about our next Italian getaway.
